Left-wing creeps have run American higher education for a verylong time. But now that we have our own Cultural Revolution, we should understand the previous version.
Indeed, the traditional university, begun so brilliantly in medieval Paris, may be coming to an end. And about time. We need, and will get, a vast expansion of alternative higher ed. (Thanks to David Gordon)
