Graham says he hopes the next presidential election will be a “referendum” on “my style of conservatism.” I can hear the Lincolnesque campaign slogans now: “A New Birth of Conservatism!” “A House Divided (by the presence of non- neocons) Cannot Stand!” “Vote for Unconditional Surrender (U.S.) Graham!” “With Malice Toward None (Except Muslims), Charity for All (Except Muslims)!”
