I Am Not Nostradamus!

On September 8, 2022, I wrote an article entitled “My Prediction on the CIA’s Secret Assassination Files.” In that article, I went out on a limb and predicted that when the  upcoming December 15 deadline arrives, the CIA and President Biden will, once again, extend the time for secrecy for the CIA’s 60-year-old records relating to the Kennedy assassination.

Well, guess what! The CIA has already signaled that it intends to continue its cover-up. In response to a lawsuit that has just been filed in federal district court against Biden and the National Archives to force them to disclose the records, the CIA issued the following statement: “The CIA continues to engage in the established process to determine the appropriate next steps with respect to any previously-unreleased CIA information in the JFK Act collection, in accordance with the JFK Act and President Biden’s October 2021 memorandum.” (See The Coming Modified Limited Hangout on JFK by Jefferson Morley.)

For more information on that lawsuit and the large amount of publicity it has surprisingly generated in the mainstream press (including NBC News and CBS News), go here to the Mary Ferrell Foundation website. It is that foundation that filed the lawsuit.

How do I know that the CIA statement means that the CIA and Biden intend to continue their cover-up by, once again, extending the time for secrecy? It’s easy! If the CIA was intending to disclose its long-secret records, it would have simply announced that the lawsuit is moot because it intends to release the records. It wouldn’t have issued a statement containing bureaucratic gobbledygook. Or, better yet, the CIA would have just released its records now.

Longtime supporters of FFF know that this is not the first time I have issued a prediction relating to the continued cover-up of these records. For example, take a look at this article I wrote on October 23, 2017: “I Predict Trump Will Continue the CIA’s JFK Assassination Cover-Up.”

The context of that particular prediction was the following: In 1991 Oliver Stone came out with his movie JFK, which posited that the November 22, 1963, assassination was nothing more than another regime-change operation carried out by the U.S. national-security establishment, no different in principle from its many other regime-change operations. At the end of the movie, Stone posted a blurb stating that the federal government was still keeping its assassination-records secret some 30 years after the assassination.

That produced an outcry from the American people, most of whom had never bought into the official lone-nut theory of the assassination. That outcry forced Congress to enact the JFK Records Act in 1992, which forced all federal agencies to disclose their assassination-related records to the public. To enforce the law, the Assassination Records Review Board, was brought into existence.

However, the law gave the CIA and other federal agencies an out. It permitted them to keep thousands of their records secret for another 25 years, long after the ARRB had gone out of existence. That 25-year period expired in 2017, when Trump was president.

My prediction that Trump would defer to the CIA and extend the time for secrecy turned out to be true. Initially, Trump announced that he was going to buck the CIA and release the records. But at the last minute, just as I predicted, Trump buckled, knelt, kissed the ring of the CIA, and deferred to its orders. He extended the time for secrecy for another three years.

As that new deadline came due, I went out on a limb again and issued the same prediction. On October 24, 2021, I wrote an article entitled “Biden Will Continue the JFK Cover-Up.” And guess what! My prediction, once again, came out to be true. When the deadline approached, Biden granted the CIA another year of secrecy. He said that Covid had interfered with the CIA’s ability to release its 60-year-old records relating to the assassination.

Now, I want to make something perfectly clear: I am not Nostradamus! Those predictions, all of which have come true and will continue to come true, are not because I possess some sort of special predictive abilities.

My predictions are simply a matter of logic. Buried within those still-secret records is incriminating information that will further fill out the mosaic that establishes that the CIA and the Pentagon engaged in one of their infamous regime-change operations on November 22, 1963.

No, those long-secret records do not contain a confession. From the start of its assassination program, the CIA had a strict policy of not putting anything into writing regarding one of its state-sponsored assassinations. But just as the ARRB uncovered evidence establishing the fraudulent autopsy that the Pentagon conducted on Kennedy’s body on the very evening of the assassination, those still-secret records contain more small pieces to the puzzle that establish criminal culpability on the part of the CIA. (For the fraudulent aspects of the autopsy, see my book The Kennedy Autopsy.)

Consider the quandary the CIA is in. If it keeps those records secret, people are naturally going to accuse it of continuing its cover-up of its regime-change operation. If it releases the records, the CIA know that the records will provide further pieces of the puzzle that establish its regime-change operation.

What can they do? There is no doubt: They have to continue taking the cover-up route even through they know that they are going to take heat for continuing their cover-up. The other route — which would provide evidence that would further establish their criminality — is obviously untenable.

So, if you’re holding your breath until December 15, please don’t make yourself suffer in that way. They are not going to release those records when that deadline comes. Biden will do what Trump did and what he already has done: He will, once again, bend the knee, kiss the ring of the CIA, and defer to its orders. The only way those 60-year-old records will ever be revealed is if a federal judge orders them to be revealed or if the American people do what they did back in 1992 — force Congress to secure the release of those long-secret records.
