Covertly Funded By A Billionaire Trump Hater, Would The Deep State Conspire With De-funded Infectious Disease Researchers To Release A Deadly Flu Vaccine Just Prior To A Presidential Election

On March 9, 2018 I wrote a column posted at LewRockwell.com about the infectious disease industry issuance of a warning that a mutated flu virus could kill 300 million people in what appeared to be false threat (extortion) to avert planned budget cuts by the Trump administration in infectious disease research.  Lo and behold, just three days later I wrote a follow-up report that the infectious disease industry was actually tooling up for an undefined communicable disease that doesn’t exist yet.

Just over four months later a consortium of government health experts and politicians now have simulated an outbreak of a flu-like virus that could plausibly kill 900 million people.  In a report published in the Daily Mail (July 30, 2018), public health authorities report “the simulation predicted how governments and health authorities around the world would react to a deadly infection spreading so quickly” … and with no vaccine found “the virus could go on to wipe out a huge chunk of the world’s population,” said the news report.

The parties involved in this simulation and the source of funding for this “fake flu pandemic” exercise is very troubling.

The exercise was conducted under the auspices of the Center for Health Security based at Johns Hopkins University and the designer of the simulation is Dr. Eric Toner.

According to a report published on May 11, 2018 at homelandprepnews.com, Dr. Toner explained that the prior June 22-23, 2001 Dark Winter exercise — in which the players had to respond to an evolving mock epidemic—“greatly influenced national policy, in part because it was followed shortly thereafter by the 9/11 terrorist attacks and anthrax letters.”  Somehow fiction became reality.  This is very portentous.

The current pandemic exercise, coined CLADE X, was a day-long simulation of National Security Council meeting played by government leaders from prominent fields of national security.  In small print at the bottom of the description of the exercise is mention that it is funded by the Open Philanthropy Project.  Here is where things become very troubling.

The Open Philanthropy Project is funded by billionaire Dustin Moskovitz and his wife Cari Tuna.  Their net worth is reported to be $12.7 billion.

According to a report published in the New York Times, prior to the election of President Donald Trump, Moskovitz pledged $20 million to aid the Democrat Party.

In a biting denouncement of Presidential candidate Donald Trump, Moskovitz wrote at the Medium.com website (Sept 8, 2016):

“The Republican Party, and Donald Trump in particular, is running on a zero-sum vision, stressing a false contest between their constituency and the rest of the world. “We believe their positions, especially on immigration, which purport to improve the lives of Americans, would in practice hurt citizens and noncitizens alike.”

Moskovitz goes on to write: Amazon.com Gift Card i... Buy New $25.00 (as of 07:45 UTC - Details)

“Will we be driven by fear, towards tribalism, emphasizing the things that divide us? Will we focus on how to advantage those most similar to us while building barriers to separate us from the rest of the world? Or, alternatively, will we continue in the direction of increased tolerance, diversity and interdependence in the name of mutual prosperity?… In contrast, the Democratic Party, and Hillary Clinton in particular, is running on a vision of optimism, pragmatism, inclusiveness and mutual benefit.” … If Donald Trump wins, the country will fall backward, and become more isolated from the global community. This distinction is starkly caricatured by his #1 “policy” position: the literal building of a wall between us and our neighbor.”

So here we have an avowed Trump hater with billions of dollars funding an exercise under the guise of simulating how public health officials and politicians would handle an unstoppable flu outbreak, and the designer of this simulation previously fashioned the “Dark Winter” exercise that morphed into a real anthrax letter attack in the wake of the 9/11 terrorist attack on the Twin Towers in New York.

With hidden political motivations, and the Deep State (National Security Council) coiled against President Trump, wouldn’t it be convenient for the infectious disease researchers, reeling over threatened budget cuts, to release a man-made flu virus and blame the pandemic on the Trump Administration just prior to a re-election campaign?

It doesn’t take much to put two-and-two together here.
