The Definition of ‘Government Bureaucrat’

From a New York Times article entitled “Cuba Resets the Revolution,” about how the Cuban commies are finally giving up and allowing a smidgen of economic freedom to exist, a government bureaucrat is one who is:

“[R]eceiving a paycheck whether one loafs, sleeps, or shows up at all [for work] . . .”

Ah, if only they ALL did not show up for work.
