Here is a NY Times interview with Rand Paul:

The part of this interview I found most interesting is this:

NYT: As someone who has opposed all tax increases, the Department of Education and the invasion of Iraq, do you consider yourself a libertarian like your famous dad, Representative Ron Paul of Texas?

RP: I call myself a constitutional conservative.

Well, as far as I am concerned, Rand is WAY better than his opponent on libertarian issues, and, if elected, would very likely be the SECOND most libertarian member of the Congress.
