I’ll be making a presentation in Driscoll Hall at 7:00 pm Tuesday night to kick off a discussion on the U.S. Constitution of 1787 for Constitution Week at DU. The title of the talk: “The Constitution Has Failed.”
Specifically, I’ll look at how it has failed to protect civil liberties with a little help from Patrick Henry and Lysander Spooner.
The event is sponsored by the DU chapter of Young Americans for Liberty.
