Thanks to Congressman Ron Paul. First, Congressman Paul’s amendment to the Science, Commerce, Justice and State Appropriations bill forbidding taxpayer money from being used to support the UN’s scheme to impose a “global” tax on the American people passed the House by voice vote.

Then an amendment offered by, among others, Congressman Bernie Sanders and Congressman Paul restoring the fourth amendment requirement that the government show probable cause and obtain a warrant from an independent judge before using taxpayer funds to search library records passed the House.
