‘Absolute
Despotism’

"We hold
these Truths to be self-evident, that all Men are created equal,
that they are endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable
Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of
Happiness That to secure these Rights, Governments are
instituted among men, deriving their just Powers from the Consent
of the Governed, that whenever any Form of Government becomes
destructive of these Ends, it is the Right of the People to alter
or abolish it, and to institute new Government..."
~
The Declaration Of Independence
George Bush
and his Party have asserted absolutely that they have total power
granted by the Constitution to them to do whatever they decide is
necessary to protect the American people. They have seized these
totalitarian powers to spy massively upon the American people in
total secrecy for totally secret reasons and in totally secret ways,
to abrogate domestic laws and precedents and procedures to protect
the rights of the American people, to abrogate Constitutionally
legislated foreign treaties and agreements, to carry out massive
kidnappings and transportations of citizens to foreign lands to
be tortured and murdered in obvious violation of the laws of America
under the Declaration of Independence and The Constitution, to carry
out imperialist invasions and annihilations of foreign nations under
the pretenses of Lies that they were threats to our existence, to
carry out massive other war crimes of every conceivable form, to
terrorize ("Shock and Awe") the world by veiled threats of nuclear
attacks and conventional annihilations from the skies, to carry
out a secret war against science to distort and eviscerate its findings
and conclusions of fact, and to launch a Permanent World War Against
undefined "terrorists" and "Evil Ones" which in turn is used in
false justification of the overturning of the Declaration of Independence,
The Constitution and the laws and treaties of the American people
in all of these and many other ways.
The Declaration
of independence and The Constitution built upon it make it absolutely
clear that We the People of America are the only Sovereign Power
of America and that any government has authority to make or execute
our laws only to the extent that We grant that government our Consent
to do so. They also make it absolutely clear that any government
that carries out "a long Train of Abuses and Usurpations, pursuing
invariably the same Object, evinces a Design to reduce them [We
the People] under Absolute Despotism, it is their Right, it is their
Duty, to throw off such Government and to provide new Guards for
their future Security." By declaring it has such Absolute Despotism
over us and by in fact carrying out a long and consistent series
of anti-Constitutional, Despotic activities that destroy our Rights
and seek to overturn our Creator given Sovereignty, Bush has declared
his government to be in total violation of the Declaration of Independence
and The Constitution.
Bush has openly,
blatantly and proudly abolished the Declaration of Independence
and The Constitution as the foundation of American government and
now rules by his assertion of Absolute Despotism. If the American
people give their Consent openly or tacitly to this blatant assertion
of Absolute Despotism over them, they will themselves have in fact
overthrown the Declaration of independence and The Constitution
and replaced them with a new government, the Bush Absolute Despotism.
Bush and his Party are perfectly aware of this fact and have made
their assertion of Absolute Despotism blatantly obvious so that
there can be no serious question about it in the future.
His intent
is obvious. It is now up to the American people to decide whether
they Consent to his Absolute Despotism. Let there be no doubt that
this is the awful and fateful decision which the American people
are now making. If they Consent to this blatant Absolute Despotism,
there will be no turning back. The American Experiment in Liberty
will have been declared by the Sovereign people to be a total failure
and Republican Democracy in America will henceforth be declared
null and void.
The challenge
facing us is far greater than that facing our ancestors in 1776
because a Global Absolute Despotism with vast arsenals of weapons
of mass destruction will inevitably continue to build and impose
a Global Absolute Despotism that will lead to immense suffering
for all of mankind. But to stop this Behemoth with its vast armies
of secret police and military might seems almost impossible. The
only thing that can stop it now is for We the People to unite in
the assertion of our Rights and refuse to Consent to this Absolute
Despotism.
