Now they are proposing quasi-Obamacare. But it only makes sense, since Obamacare itself is a version of the Gingrich-Heritage GOP plan proposed against Hillarycare. The Republicans never diminish government. Indeed, since Nixon, they are the most statist party, despite their lying rhetoric.
