Scotland Is a Nanny State, Literally

Scotland is supposed to vote on secession later this year. But don’t let that fool you into thinking that Scotland is some great exception to the evil and corrupt states the world is filled with. On February 19, lawmakers in Scotland approved a new law assigning an individual government overseer to each child in the country. The vote was 103 in favor, 0 against. There were 15 abstentions.
