And Democratic ones. The Senate voted yesterday 92-0 to confirm President Obama’s nominee for director of the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP), Michael P. Botticelli. This is clearly an unconstitutional office that should not exist. Any “liberty-minded” or “libertarian-leaning” Republican in the Senate should have voted against this and any other nominee to be drug czar. Shame on you sorry Republicans who want the votes of libertarians.
