Obama Threatens To Murder People in Iran, Again

This happens so frequently that it seems normal. But the constant US and Israeli threats to bomb or even nuke Iran for not obeying them violate the UN charter, and the far more ancient tradition of international law.
Say, given all the countries it’s invaded and bombed, is the US the most bellicose state in history, or only one of the most?
