Military air shows. “The fuel consumption data for the US Navy’s Blue Angel and USAF Thunderbird air shows are generally kept somewhat secret.” And of course, flying a plane to drop a bomb on someone in Iraq or Afghanistan is also a colossal waste of fuel.
