Why Won’t Ron Paul Just Lie?

It would be so much easier for the establishment if Ron Paul fibbed for the state. Bill Kristol, Fox, and the NYT would herald him. Many fat fees would find their way into his bank account.

Instead, this uncompromising gentleman just won’t prevaricate. So WaPo is condemning him for mentioning, in a DC speech on  “the collapse of Greece’s economy, the Cold War, the military draft, the works of Frederic Bastiat, and the many faults of the Federal Reserve,” the two presidential candidates now catching fire, Trump and Sanders.  Ron doesn’t like either one, but clearly his observation is correct. He didn’t mention his son, who has dropped to 3% in the polls, as on fire. It’s so much easier to be a fabricator. They’ll even like you at WaPo.
