Ross Douthat is a conservative columnist for the NY Times, and a huge improvement over the late Bill Safire. This article on Germany is, for the Times, pretty darn good. But Mr. Douthat is also a Catholic columnist,  which must feel like being an Austrian economist for the Daily Worker. Yet he never mentions one of the worse cultural aspects of the migrant invasion: almost all of these violent young men are anti-Christian, often virulently so. Merkel and company want to wreck more than Germany.
