UFOs are not likely “military ops” for the following reasons. One, the phenomenon is and always has been world-wide and no military would test break-through technology in such a manner. Second, similar phenomenon with similar flight characteristics have been observed (and filmed) since at least 1947, decades before recent  patents or exotic drones.  Finally, as historian Richard Dolan  has demonstrated beyond all doubt in his classic “UFOs and the National Security State,” the military/intelligence community has been just as concerned and baffled  historically by UFO reports (especially those adjacent to nuclear storage facilities) as anyone else. Still and unsolved mystery.
