When a pol higher in the polls attacks you, it’s good news. Jeb is upset at Rand, and therefore stung, over his 10.5 hour speech against mass NSA spying, delivered during consideration of the crony-capitalist, imperialist TPP.  Note, all GOP senators voted to give the corporate state “fastrack” power to suppress opposition. Meanwhile, it is forgotten that we only know about NSA crimes thanks to hero Ed Snowden.
