I enjoyed reading your article on the LRC site. My only disagreement is that World War III is not inevitable. Trump and the USA could stop the money to Ukraine and the Middle East and bring the troops home. It’s all about money. People want peace. Trump could use legal warfare and other means against his enemies who want war (IRS tax audit, maybe?) What’s good for the goose is good for the gander.

Don’t fall for the fatalism of “War is inevitable.” If war is inevitable, what’s the point of carrying on?
