The LP Ticket

Writes John McCartin:

“The LP ticket is hardly libertarian and in actuality a quasi-liberal ticket. Gary Johnson is for the government forcing a baker to go against his or her conscious. That is aggression, and in theory, the baker will have to go to jail or face huge fines (which has happened) for going by his or her conscious. If you can’t get that right, how can you be a principled libertarian?  Weld was for Kasich who is a moderate, not a libertarian! Weld is a warmonger and John Kasich was arguably the biggest government republican that ran. Johnson and Weld are moderates, not libertarians. Libertarians aren’t moderate. Libertarians are libertarians. The LP keeps shooting itself in the foot.  The LP ticket is not a real distinction from the one-party system.”
