I saw this today.

I guess the hole in her heart may have been something congenital. But you have a young couple where in the last few months she has had a “minor” stroke, surgery to fix a hole in her heart, and now a cist the size of an apple on her ovaries. Sounds like the typical 26 year old woman. And her young husband now has facial paralysis.

Must just be a string of bad luck.
