The German-American Candidate

CNN is, of course, disapproving of Trump’s un-PC roots. Though Germans are the largest ethnic group in America, they were long ago disappeared. And we are  supposed to think that Trump’s grandfather was a bad man because he left the country to avoid military slavery–as Ron Paul’s ancestor and so many other great Germans did. And how terrible, we are supposed to think, that the later local German government always disapproved of him for it. Worst of all, Trump is proud of his heritage.

“My grandfather Friedrich Trump came to the United States in 1885,” Trump says in the upcoming documentary, The Kings of Kallstadt. “He joined the great gold rush, he did fantastically well, he loved this country.

“But you know what? I love Kallstadt also. They grow ’em well in Kallstadt…. Very well. Believe me, it’s good stock.”

Doesn’t he know that’s illegal?
