That’s Rafael the elder, not Rafael  the younger. But from the synopsis,  National Enquirer gets the story wrong. If  Rafael Sr. was handing out Fair Play for Cuba leaflets with probable patsy Lee Harvey Oswald, it  means he was part of the Cuban exile gang employed by the CIA, not a pro-Castro activist. This would explain–besides many other things–why Rafael Jr. has been such a golden boy all his life.
