The Cabal’s Rule 40

‘For many years, winning one state enabled a contestant to be nominated at the GOP convention. This was gradually tightened, to keep all attention on the anointed one. In 2012, the RNF changed the already exclusionary Rule 40–that one had to have a plurality in 5 states–to a requirement for a majority in 8 states. Ron Paul had a plurality in 5, and the cabal was determined to block attention for the man and his ideas. But now that revised rule might help Trump, so the party will change it again, and who knows what else, to block that man and his ideas. (Thanks to Diogenes)
