Brute Force on Board Composition

Writes Michael Rozeff:

Lew,

California passed a law setting quotas for females on corporate boards of directors. Brute force rules! Non-white females of any number of sexual categories and religions are next; and let us not forget males of various categories and transgender people. Do these categories actually possess RIGHTS to be present on boards in legislated proportions, or have I missed something?

Their price will rise as institutions scramble to discriminate against qualified candidates on the basis of race, sex and other categories. In a similar vein, the next Census will obligingly continue its practice of requiring Racial Registration.

Composition

Apartheid separated races by force. Integration forces races together. Brute force applied by the state is the common factor.
