Lew, is it any wonder the ‘new Rome’, aka as London and the suburbs of the financial elites in ‘the City’ voted 75% to remain?  We in the State think D.C. and other Federal Reserve reservations are toxic.  London and environs has been that way with the Bank of England far longer.
