Biden Proclaims the End of Shareholder Capitalism

Writes Brian Dunaway:

The End of Shareholder Capitalism?! What does on earth does that mean? It sounds scary, even so scary that it spooked the “market” (AI headline-scanning software with no filters), which seemed to make a guess, rapidly falling after the news.

It appears that the most hysterical prognostications, that the empty vessel Biden would be filled with whatever radical leftist claptrap the revolutionaries can conjure, is true. This is far more alarming than any Green New Deal silliness he might be considering with the likes of Sanders and AOC, it’s more aligned with Obama’s quip that “You didn’t build that.” It strikes at the very heart of free-market capitalism.

Of course, “the end of shareholder capitalism” is a ruse. In its essence, it is “true,” in that it describes the end result, but it is a lie in its formation. It will begin with a massive transfer of wealth, but will end with misery for all. What we have seen of this wealth transfer for the last 60 years is subtle by comparison to what is coming.

Pat Buchanan’s most recent column describes what is in our future:

Before our Black Lives Matter moment, one had not thought of the NBC networks as shot through with “systemic racism.”

Yet, what other explanation is there for this week’s draconian personnel decision of NBCUniversal chairman Cesar Conde.

According to Conde, the white share of NBC’s workforce, now 74% and divided evenly between men and women, will be chopped to 50%.

Persons of color — Blacks, Hispanics, Asians, Native Americans and multiracial folks — are to rise from the present 26% of NBCUniversal’s workforce to 50%.

So that’s what is meant by “the end of shareholder capitalism”!

To be clear, and to be certain: This will be a disaster for all races and relations, for it distorts human commerce, pollutes human relations, and eliminates price discovery. All tragedy will follow.
