You Are Not Alone Even If COVIDCon Has Turned You Into A Loner

Those of you despairing over politics’ destruction of society and relationships will empathize with Robert Katz. He reports,

The police state and evil, ignorant masses have profoundly affected my feelings and interactions with people I know.

I’ve already openly reprimanded a (casual) acquaintance for her vile attack on everything American, her moronic praise of everything unAmerican, and her belief those positions make her compassionate.

I’m having difficulty dealing with a family member who ‘voted for Biden because I can’t stand Trump.’

I’m sure she never considered not voting at all (it’s one’s duty to vote—you know that).

A former colleague spewed loud profanities at me when I responded with a simple, “I think it’s a hoax,” to his question of whether I wear a mask.

I strongly informed him about his indecency and ignorance, without vulgarity or profanity. We shall speak with each other nevermore.

I have enormous difficulty compromising with evil.

If only more Americans did!

The police state has revealed the depths of ignorance and villainy in most people’s bones.

I’m running out of acquaintances.

But not out of politicians ruining your life.
