The new Mel Gibson movie, The Beaver, is not the sort I’d normally go see, even though I have loved his films. But since Mel has been declared an Enemy of the People, I have to. His last flick, Edge of Darkness, was panned by the critics, but I assumed they just had a little paring knife to grind, so I went, and then bought it on iTunes.
