A man has put in an eminent domain request to take Supreme Court Justice David Souter’s home and build a hotel on the site. It would be called the “Lost Freedoms” Hotel with a “Just Desserts” Cafe. We can only hope…. Even though I think Stephan Kinsella did a good job in his defense of the decision, it still would be interesting to see what would happen here. However, from what I remember, it was a pretty dumpy home and I suspect Souter would welcome the money for it….
