‘Morning Joe,’ the Joe Scarborough show that replaced Imus on MSNBC (boo!), is OK. But today, in the absence of Joe, we got an idea of what great morning TV can be. Mika Brzezinski is wonderful. Mike Barnacle plays the stock Irishman, liberal Demoratic division. But Pat Buchanan is a star. He steals any scene he’s in, not only because he is so charming, but because he is so smart.
