White House Won’t Participate in Democrats’ Impeachment Process

Today, Counsel to the President, Pat A. Cipollone, sent a letter to four top House Democrats (Pelosi, Schiff, Engel and Cummings) explaining in detail why the White House will not participate in their “impeachment inquiry”.

This is an historic letter that’s well-crafted in reference to constitutional procedures and past precedents.

The most important of those procedures for each and every one of us is due process of law, and the letter explains the Democrats’ deficiencies in fulfilling due process requirements.

The full text of the letter is here.
