Hillary Clinton was last seen (two months ago) all smiles with Yemen’s President. He’s smiling because of the $300 million in U.S. aid. This is the same President who just killed at least 50 Yemenis and wounded hundreds of others using snipers on rooftops to put down demonstrations.
