One of the small geeky joys about old media meeting the Internet is to watch the little mistakes they make. One that has been mildly entertaining me recently is watching the edits of the New York Times exposed through an obscure feature of RSS feeds. If your newsreader supports it, you can see what was originally posted and then how it gets edited, sometimes rather revealingly.
