In this interview Walter Block tries his earnest to show that anti-discrimination laws undermine property rights. Part of freedom Dr. Block states is the ability to associate with people who you want to associate with all the while not associating with people which you rather not associate with – this is in essence “freedom of association.” Walter Block correctly states that The Constitution is an anti-liberty document.
