In the first round of the voting for the most effective congressman in Texas—held by the anti-RP Houston Chronicle—Ron beat Lamar Smith 96%-4%. It should have been 100%-0%, but I’ll take it. Now, in the second round, Ron is beating Henry Cuellar by only 59%-41%. That has to change. Vote here.
