Nurse Alex Wubbels will receive $250,000 from Salt Lake City and $250,000 from the University of Utah. Officer Jeff Payne, who arrested her, was first fired from his job as a paramedic and then fired from the Salt Lake City Police Department but could be re-instated on appeal. [Wubbels] will use a portion of the money to help people get body camera footage, at no cost, of incidents involving themselves, she said at the news conference.
