A news report informs us that, later this year, the Post Office will stop delivering mail on Saturdays, a move designed to offset income declines.  Hmmmm. I don’t expect that any of the marketplace firms (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHS, etc.) will be cutting back on their services.  Nor are we likely to see Internet activity reduced (perhaps just the contrary). This partial solution to the USPS bankruptcy may provide a solution to the more extensive bankruptcy of the federal government.
