Two examples: Medical condition (I require a certain oxygen level in my blood. Masks interfere with that) Should anyone ask you for an explanation, I’d suggest citing HIPAA rather than freely offering one.  “Masks prevent proper breathing” provides room for disagreement and debate—unless a debate is what you want.
