I love Bob Wenzel’s commentary on this great Walter Block blog. WI gov. Scott Walker is, of course, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Koch Brothers, the segment of the ruling oligarchy which uses libertarian rhetoric to cover its powergrabs. The Kochs employ many mouthpieces, think tanks, and even a government university to propagate their line, so it is not easy to see them as cut from the same cloth as, say, the Rockefellers, though they are.
