Here are two interesting items. The first is from an Armenian news source named PanARMENIAN Net, dated yesterday. This reports that Kurdish forces (allied to the U.S. side) are leaving Deir ez-Zor for Afrin. They are “handing over control to another coalition partner militia known as the Deir ez-Zor Military Council (DMC)”. Who are they?
