Lt. Vasken Gourdikian faces four felony counts, including illegally possessing a short-barreled rifle and providing false statements while buying firearms, according to the indictment filed Thursday in U.S. District Court.

This is the dysfunctional Culture of Cop. They drive way over the speed limit when not necessary, never use their turn signals, yet will pull you over and give you a whopping ticket for doing either. One of the most jarring experiences I ever had was almost being run off the road by a cop who must have been driving at least 120 mph. Probably was late to Denny’s for his usual 4-hour lunch.
They ignore firearms red tape that the rest of us can’t, and are stunned when the sledgehammer of the law smashes down on them the way they smashed it on civilians.
Good thing that when guns are banned that only cops will have them. Then convicted felons will never get them as in this case. < /sarcasm > “Dyohhh!,” as Homer Simpson would say.
