Ugh, please, Prof. Turley, spare me your condescending pseudo-concerns about how this gay marriage opinion might “threaten free speech.”

And this is such a great example of the silliness/stupidity that the legal profession has descended into.  Both “substantive due process,” the legal theory that Kennedy based his opinion on, and “equal protection,” which Turley says Kennedy should have based it on, are just fabricated out of thin air.  And of course, there’s no discussion of the Tenth Amendment.
