Trump-Russia Issue Still A Big, Bloated, Inflated, Fake, Nothing

The Washington Post is especially vigorous in trying to make something out of nothing with regard to Trump and Russia. Every day it manufactures some new headline or connection and also reiterates the same tired drek. Google’s news headlines spread the Post’s barrage of nothing-news. CNN joins in. So does the New York Times.

They are now jumping on anything that anyone connected to this totally phony scandal says or does. Perfectly harmless and innocent actions are treated as if they were underhanded, suspicious signs of a cover-up. Anything that has followed the initial fake news now is treated as a sign of (fake) malfeasance or (fake) traitorous activity. I am referring to Nunes examining some intelligence at the White House and Flynn’s proposal to testify in exchange for immunity. These are both rational and legal actions under the circumstances being concocted in this witch hunt. Reporters and editors are going way, way overboard to gain readers, gain ad revenues and create a new Watergate.

The attack dogs are baring their fangs, salivating and barking. Talk about mad dogs, “Bill Maher argued that it appears that President Donald Trump ‘and his crime family’ were ‘installed’ by the Russians ‘to loot and destroy’ the United States of America.”

The motive is still the same: coup d’état in some form, overturn the Trump administration, isolate and neuter Trump at a minimum. The appearance is still the same: madness and frenzy dressed up as a rational case. There is still no case against Trump and his campaign vis-à-vis Russia and Putin.
