Trump Declares A State of War (and not a delivery of the State of the Union address)

It was no traditional State of the Union address but a purely partisan “take no prisoners” political rally promoting Trump and his accomplishments, rubbing shit in the faces of the seditious partisan zombies who have waged unrelenting war on him since the night he was elected in November 2016.

That such a powerful triumphant speech was delivered the night before the vote on his impeachment was particularly appropriate.

Trump was in an unrepentant, visceral attack mode.  And I loved it, especially the unapologetic “feel good stuff” featuring all the various personages used as props from the gallery.

This part, in particular, was very emotionally draining for me to watch.

I loved the detailed cataloging of unprecedented statistics regarding economic growth, employment and job creation, the uncompromising defense of the right to life and the Second Amendment, and the searing statistics regarding crime by criminal illegal immigrants and other vicious denizens of sanctuary cities. I only wished he had referenced the unfathomable squalor of needle and feces-strewn tent city encampments of the parasitic underclass in the Democratic controlled urban enclaves, spreading disease, criminality, and despair.

Trump’s last concluding panoramic remarks on the glorious history of the United States and its people was truly epic.
