Congressman McHenry and 13 other Republican sponsors want Ronald Reagan to replace Ulysses S. Grant on the $50 bill. This shows truly that paper money is nothing more than an advertising handbill. I think the Treasury ought to auction off the space to the highest bidder, thereby giving rag money an actual source of value as a kind of billboard. The changing faces will show Americans the true nature of their money.
