Not content with slaughtering the elderly and destroying New York State (though, to be fair, it was in pretty sad shape when he became governor), the despicable Andrew Cuomo is punishing serfs because the legislature revoked his “emergency powers”: he “sneak[ed] through … new regulations the night before the emergency ended that requires all un-vaxxed adults and all children age three through 11 to wear a mask while in a public place and are within 6 feet of another person. People who violate this regulation can be fined up to $1000 per occurrence.”
