In his now-famous TED talk of a few years ago Bill Gates explained that if “we” do a “really good job with vaccines” then his desired goal of depopulating the planet in the name of fighting “climate change” will have been given a big boost.  I blogged at the time that: 1) Vaccines are supposed to improve health and lead to more people living, not fewer; 2) Therefore, something very evil is afoot here, especially in light of Gates’s history of funding vaccines in Third World countries that caused women to become sterile.

Gates’s pipe dream is slowly becoming a reality as more and more people all over the planet are developing blood clots, heart problems, miscarriages, and other severe health problems from the “vaccines.”  Tens of thousands at least have already died from them, probably more than that.

All of this is perfectly in sync with the long-standing anti-human ideology of environmentalism. As a National Park Service environmentalist once said, “‘Some of us can only hope that the right virus comes along.”  Others have said that if “we” could invent “the right kind” of disease it would probably be AIDS.

Some thirty years ago the Center for the Study of American Business at Washington University in St. Louis published several articles of mine on the topic of environmental economics.  Because of that, I was invited to a conference on the subject at the Sundance Institute in Sundance, Utah.  Many big American corporations had representatives there, as did all of the Washington, D.C. environmentalist organizations.  The ostensible purpose of the event was to have a dialogue on environmental issues.  On the opening night of the conference everyone was in a large room to view a slick video on the ideology of environmentalism produced by Robert Redford’s production team (He founded the Sundance Institute).  “This is what we believe in” was the theme of the video that represented the environmentalist side of the issue.

I recall sitting next to Fred Smith of the Competitive Enterprise Institute with both of us struggling to contain our laughter at the lunacy of it.  I remember the main theme like it was yesterday.  The video showed a young boy in India with no shoes walking along a dirt road with large trucks passing by throwing up dust and stones.  Then there were images of very crowded and poverty-stricken  living conditions in India.  Then came the key line (paraphrasing from memory):  A very deep, ominous-sounding voice said, “A billion Indians living in poverty is a terrible thing.  A billion affluent Indians would be a catastrophe.”

Modern environmentalism has always viewed human beings as beings who eat and consume and pollute.  They are not problem solvers with brains, solving even environmental problems.  By catering to this consumer compulsion corporations are destroying the planet, they say.   Therefore, we must destroy capitalism and depopulate the planet as much as possible to save ourselves. There you have it in a nutshell, from the horses’ mouths so to speak, at the thirty-year-old Sundance conference.  They finally seem to have hit upon their magic bullet with their experimental, gene-altering, blood clot and heart attack-inducing, population-thinning-out injections.  A few more years of massive worldwide death and we will be all ready for their “Great Reset.”

For decades, communists sold communism under the banner of “the people.”  Myriad socialist hell-on-earth economic shitholes were named “The Peoples Republic of . . . .”  If “Peoples” was in the name of the country, one thing was certain:  The people had nothing whatsoever to do with their government.  Nothing.  With the worldwide collapse of communism in the late ’80s the commies admitted their true feelings.  To hell with the people, they said.  We hate the people.  They deplete the world’s resources and cause pollution and global warming, another ice age, and climate change.  The people are in fact deplorable as Hillary Clinton, America’s Stalin, famously declared.  We need to resurrect communism in the name of the bugs, worms, snakes, and all other critters, plants, and rocks, lakes, and mud puddles everywhere — Mother Earth.  Mother Earth replaced Mother Russia as the ideological symbol for communist totalitarians everywhere (Whether they call themselves “environmentalists,” “democratic socialists,” “progressives,” “social justice warriors,” “liberation theologians,” or by any other deceptive label).  And like their twentieth-century comrades, they will not hesitate to break a few eggs to make an omelet, even if it means the death of millions.
