Sec. of State Kerry is upset with the new Ugandan anti-gay law, so upset that he has “announced a review of U.S. assistance to the country.” At least he might do something to stop U.S. foreign aid, although for the wrong reason. Republicans love foreign aid. That is, they love taking money from taxpayers and giving it away to other countries. They vote for it every year. They did nothing to end it when they controlled the Congress and the White House under Bush for over four years.
