The Right to Vote . . .

. . . in today’s world means nothing more than the right to vote yourself someone else’s income.  The constitutional functions of government, as opposed to the income transfer functions of government, were pretty much covered during the Washington administration.  The American state has long been almost exclusively one big political casino.  So when we are told that “we” are sending soldiers and bombs to places like Iraq “so that the people there have the right to vote,” “we” are giving those people yet another reason to hate Americans.
